A BILL to repeal article two-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to repeal of provisions establishing a scholarship program known as the share in your future commission.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article two-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be repealed.
§
1. Repeal of article creating share in your future commission.
Article two-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal provisions relating to an inactive commission known as the Share in Your Future Commission.
